 12:00-2:00pm Intermediate/Advanced Yoga - Prerequisites for this guided, challenging practice are full backbend with straight arms & handstand at the wall.
 5:30-6:45pm
7:00-8:00pm
Yoga for Healing (all levels) - For those with physical limitations & chronic pain or who would like a slower pace; practice includes meditation and breathing practices.
STARTS Feb. 27th Meditation & Intuitive Training - 5 class series for beginners & beyond, group meditation & open discussion on various aspects of spirituality & meditation.

Tuesday  
 5:30-6:45pm Yoga for Alignment & Inner Strength (all levels) - Alignment-based class focusing on core strengthening, balance & cultivating inner strength.
 7:00-8:15pm Alignment Basics for Yoga - Focuses on inner & outer harmony in the body & mind.
Wednesday  
12:00-1:00pm Yoga for YOU (all levels) - A practice designed to meet the individual needs of each student.
 5:30-6:45pm Align & Flow (all levels) - Vinyasa means to 'place in a meaningful way.' Poses are practiced with alignment in mind so that bodies can safely flow.
 7:00-8:15pm Yoga for Beginners & Beyond For new students and experienced beginners who would like to refine their practice.
Thursday
 
9:15-10:30am
Chair Yoga - Class is taught in the Viniyoga tradition focusing on breathwork and adaptations for students with physical limitations.
 5:30-6:45pm
Yoga for Alignment & Inner Strength (all levels) - Alignment-based class focusing on core strengthening, balance & cultivating inner strength.
 7:00-8:15pm Beginners/Continuing Yoga - Previous yoga experience not required. Movement to strengthen & balance, breathwork to energize & relax and meditation to cultivate focus. 
Friday  
 9:15-10:30am
Alignment Basics for Yoga - - Focuses on inner & outer harmony in the body & mind.
5:30-6:45pm
Strengthen & Stretch (all levels) - Strengthen weak muscles & stretch tight muscles to help your body move into balance.
